Unlike a conventional record label, we exist to support and encourage musical independence for female musicians.
We strive to work with artists who want to develop their musical independence. It’s your story, tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll suggest next steps. Your music will always be 100 percent yours if you choose to work with us after receiving A Support Offer..
We strive to work with people who are generous in spirit (whatever that looks like for you). The artists we work with will have something to teach us. There are no wrong questions.
Our services are for adults, so those over 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit, in fact we encourage mature artists to reach out to us.
If we contract a supplier to work or provide training for us or our artists we pay them. We encourage our suppliers and artists who are working as musicians to join the Musicians Union and official organisations that collect royalties.
We work by providing eligible artists access to curated support services, coaching, advice about relevant membership organisations, and to courses tried and tested by us. We love learning and work with artists with similar values.
From time to time we offer direct financial assistance to eligible artists. You can subscribe to our website to recieve updates. Our financial assistance is dependant on donations and fundraising activities. Typically money will pay for artist development activities and go direct to the service provider,
We are positive about the transformative power of music. While we love the mainstream pop that’s just for fun; we ‘really love’ artists who have something important to communicate to audiences via their music.
We are positive about all music tech and other technology that helps improve our productivity. We believe (from experience) that musicians can produce quality music at home if that’s what they choose.
